When your requested Fishing Trip Reservations become a “Confirmed Booking”, you are agreeing to our published Terms of Use, Terms & Conditions, Corporate Policies and any Cancellation Fees that may apply. We understand that cancellations happen, it’s a part of life. We only request that you cancel your trip at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip date and time.
To cancel your trip CALL US @ 808.369.9818. If we do not answer, please leave us a voice mail message letting us know the date of your trip and the time, along with your name. It is also best practice to then follow up with an email to info@hustlersportfishing.com. When we have officially confirmed your cancelled trip, you will receive an automated email or SMS message from us.
If your trip cancellation is…
PRIOR to our 72 HOUR Cancellation Policy, then we will not charge you any cancellation fees. Your credit card will be refunded in full for the trip reservation deposit that was placed.
AFTER our 72 HOUR Cancellation Policy, but before the 48 Hour time period, then the Cancellation Fee becomes your 20% Required Trip Reservation Deposit.
AFTER our 48 HOUR Cancellation Policy, but before the 24 Hour time period, then the Cancellation Fee becomes your 35% Required Trip Reservation Deposit.
WITHIN 24 HOURS fo your scheduled trip, then the Cancellation Fee becomes 50% of the total trip cost.
If you simply DO NOT SHOW UP for your scheduled fishing trip, and never provide us with a courtesy notification of your intended cancellation, then the Cancellation Fee becomes 100% of the total trip cost.
If you would like to "reschedule" to a different day or time, that's completely OK and there are no fees or charges to do so. Don't cancel. This is great day on the water and the chance of a lifetime to catch a prized fish. Let's go fishing!
